Each story is stand alone and features a wide range of stories and characters and perspectives
I’ve always been a fan of TV shows like “The Twilight Zone”, “Outter Limits” and more recently “Black Mirror”. I always wanted a chance to play in alternative worlds and "You're Nobody Til Somebody Kills You" was my chance to do it. I came up with the original concept for the feature film version of YNTSKY because I’m a big fan of Hip Hop and slasher films and I thought it would be cool to mesh the two worlds. YNTSKY the series turns the film version on its head and not just pushes the envelop but take burns the envelop with a blow torch . The world of Hip Hop and it’s absurdity and satire laden caricatures are put in a world that forces them to look engage sometimes at their own peril. Hip Hop will never be the same.
